In my personal experience, and I am sure this is the case with people from most countries in the world, wooden beds have always been the first choice for people looking to furnish bedrooms, guest bedrooms and so on, in their homes. If you come to think of it, it was just normal seeing that the alternatives were pretty poor or inaccessible in some cases. Take the example of leather beds. This type of furniture used to be so expensive that most people only dared to dream about once owning one. The situation, however, has changed on most plains. For example, metal beds did not have many admirers simply because companies that used to manufacture single metal beds and double metal beds were not all that inventive when it came to designs and things of that nature.

Basically, this used to be the problem with metal beds; you could not get around their bulkiness and far from stylish looks. At first you might think that the lower prices are just a result of the fact that metal is far less expensive than the classy, or even exotic wood essences; if you think this than you are half right. If you give it some thought, most metal appliances and products ranging to a few meters in size are usually constructed using automated process that involves metal presses and what not. From how I see it, metal beds, be them single metal beds, double, triple or whatever, in the future will come to be much more appreciated and sought after than many of their counterparts simply because of the fact that the materials used for their constructions allow manufacturers to go nuts when it comes to style and size, and also because of their durability.
